Roles and Responsibilities
All purchases made on Socialatic are not intended for the purpose of gaining engagement or real followers or interactions but simply increasing the numbers to your Social Media account outlined in the service package you purchase. For this reason, we do not guarantee followers, plays, views, shares, likes, retweets, repins, comments or other forms of user interaction as a result of purchases made on this website. It is your responsibility to maintain your social accounts and it’s your sole responsibility to ensure the numbers on your social media accounts are balanced to your liking. We may send more of the service than you ordered as a bonus if we choose to and there is a chance that what you ordered may drop over time.
Although unlikely, there is a chance that purchasing our packages may result in account issues with the respective social platforms. This can be due to the respective social platforms performing updates or scheduled maintenance which may cause the results of your service do decline or have a negative impact. Because of this, you agree that Socialatic or its staff, directors, third parties and related subsidiaries will not be held accountable for negative impacts or results including those that were not up to your impressions or expectations. This is only for online credibility and not the ultimate solution to your marketing needs. It is still your responsibility to keep your account interesting by making sure its content is worth engaging in. If evidence is provided that a drop in followers has occurred you may be reimbursed your lost followers pending our internal review. We also may not be able to remove followers, likes, views, comments or other forms of Social Media engagements/shares from your Social Media account(s) at any request due to the nature of this service.
All sales are final and no refunds or form of financial reimbursement are allowed under any circumstances. You explicitly agree to this refund policy and all matters are to be communicated with us via email.
Commencement of Services
Your service will commence once we see that your funds from a purchase made on Socialatic have cleared from our payment processor (PayPal) to our personal bank account we use for business with our chosen bank. We only commence orders during our business hours and are offline during the night and very early morning. We cannot quote or guarantee how long this will take and the majority of the time spent waiting between a purchase and commencement of service is determined by PayPal’s policies and procedures. We transfer funds from our payment processor to our account regularly and may at times commence the service you have purchased before doing so at our discretion this and you accept that we have very little control over this and indemnify Socialatic from what you consider to be a late or delayed commencement of service.
We cannot and do not make any guarantees about how long your purchased services will take to successfully complete. Any time frames mentioned on the Socialatic website, by Socialatic employees, in any chats, emails, phone conversations, or any other correspondence is not a guarantee of how long it will take the service to successfully finish. Any estimate provided by Socialatic regarding how long a service may take to successfully finish is simply a guideline designed to help our customers plan ahead. Socialatic does not accept responsibility if your services are delivered past a quoted date or later than your expectations. You also indemnify Socialatic of late deliveries and accept that sometimes this is the nature of the industry.
Socialatic aims to deliver your order as soon as possible but sometimes there may be technical issues or unforeseen events/circumstances which can affect how long your order will take to be delivered. We don’t specifically quote how long an order can take to be delivered as there are too many things which can alter the turnaround time. You are under no circumstances entitled to and forfeit any form of refund or reimbursement you may have from us, your credit/debit card issuer, our payment gateway, or any other party for any reason including what you deem to be an unacceptable or late turnaround time for service delivery.
Socialatic offers service refills for amounts that drop below what you ordered but only in situations we deem to be reasonable and at our discretion. We have no obligation to do this and offer this at our discretion out of courtesy. Refills will not be made on large accounts (over 50,000 followers or page likes) on any social media platforms. This policy is valid for 180 days from the date of your purchase.
In no event shall Socialatic or its suppliers or affiliated partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Socialatic, even if Socialatic or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
As you are bound by the Terms of Agreement/Terms of Service of this website, you must indemnify, defend and hold Socialatic free from any claim arising out of, relating to, or connected with any alleged breach of the Terms of Service or Terms and Conditions of a Social Media platform. You must also indemnify, defend, and hold Socialatic harmless based on any claim alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach of this Agreement.
Termination of Service
If Socialatic determines, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the system, the company, staff, owner, or the website (without limiting any other rights or remedies available to it) or making it hard or difficult to deliver your service, we reserve the right to withdraw your participation and withhold any amount to you.
Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Socialatic web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Socialatic does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Socialatic may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice.
Social Media Accounts
Socialatic is not liable for any accounts, photos, followers, likes videos, tracks, or anything related to your purchased package or service on Socialatic and that are removed due to our services being implemented. Purchase of our services is at your own risk and it is nearly impossible to determine why social media account providers suspend or delete accounts and/or content. Due to this, we cannot refund after services have been completed if this has occurred.
We are not affiliated with Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, or any Social Network or Sharing Platform. You agree that we will not be held accountable for any outcomes or sets of circumstances that you are not satisfied with. Purchasing Social Media followers is not illegal and may only be considered against the Terms of Service of the Social Media Company and website/app depending on which one it is. By accessing or making purchases on this website you hereby indemnify Socialatic of any legal proceedings or ramifications, financial loss, and requests for a refund of any form that may incur.
