When you register as a Socialatic creator, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide through registration forms, communications, or campaign participation.

We use creator information for legitimate business and service purposes, including creator matching, campaign invitations, campaign management, creator network management, platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement, and internal operations.

We may use your information to identify campaigns relevant to your niche, audience, location, social platform, content style, follower range, engagement, and collaboration preferences.

We may contact you through email, Instagram or other social-media direct messages, WhatsApp, Socialatic, or other communication channels you provide.

Socialatic may share appropriate creator information with brands when necessary to evaluate or facilitate a potential campaign.

For example, a brand may receive your creator name, social media profile, follower count, content niche, location/general market, engagement information, public creator content, and relevant campaign information.

We aim to share only information reasonably necessary for the relevant business purpose.

Socialatic does not intend to publicly display sensitive account information such as passwords, authentication credentials, payment credentials, private account access tokens, private communications, or internal security information.

Creator information may nevertheless be shared with relevant brands or service providers when reasonably necessary to provide Socialatic services and subject to applicable privacy requirements.

Socialatic may use third-party providers for website hosting, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, authentication, analytics, database services, payment processing, communication, file storage, security, customer support, and social-media integrations.

These providers may process information on Socialatic's behalf where necessary to provide their services. We expect appropriate safeguards to be applied to creator information.

Socialatic may interact with third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google, WhatsApp, and other social or communication platforms.

Your use of those services is also subject to their respective privacy policies and terms. Socialatic does not control how independent third-party platforms process information.

If Socialatic introduces an official social-media integration in the future, the permissions requested will be described at the time of authorization.

Socialatic may review information that you have made publicly available on social media platforms, including public posts, videos, profile information, follower counts, engagement information, and other publicly visible creator information.

We may use this information to determine whether a creator is suitable for a campaign.

When you voluntarily provide Socialatic with content, portfolio links, photographs, videos, or other creator materials, we may use them for creator evaluation, campaign matching, brand recommendations, creator profile management, and campaign administration.

Ownership and licensing of campaign content is governed separately by the applicable campaign agreement. Submitting content to Socialatic does not automatically transfer ownership of your intellectual property to Socialatic.

Socialatic may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website functioning, maintain sessions, improve security, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve performance.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

Socialatic takes reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect creator information against unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.

Safeguards may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, secure hosting, monitoring, backup procedures, and internal access restrictions.

However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Socialatic may receive confidential information from creators or brands, including private campaign communications, unannounced campaign information, brand strategies, campaign budgets, negotiated creator rates, private brand contact information, non-public product information, and internal campaign data.

Creators should also review confidentiality obligations in the Socialatic Creator Terms of Service and individual campaign agreements.

We retain creator information for as long as reasonably necessary for maintaining the creator network, identifying future campaign opportunities, managing campaign history, meeting legal and accounting requirements, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and improving our services.

If you request removal from the Socialatic creator network, we may delete, anonymize, or retain certain information where necessary for legitimate business, legal, security, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including access, correction, updating, withdrawal of consent where applicable, deletion where applicable, information about processing, and the ability to raise a privacy complaint.

Requests should be sent to ugcsupport@socialatic.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. Some requests may be subject to legal or operational limitations.

Where Socialatic relies on your consent to process personal information, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not necessarily affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal and may affect our ability to provide certain services or campaign opportunities.

You may request removal from the Socialatic creator network. We may remove your active creator profile from future campaign matching, subject to existing campaign obligations, legal requirements, payment/accounting records, fraud prevention, security requirements, and legitimate dispute-resolution requirements.

Socialatic's creator network is intended for individuals who are legally permitted to participate in creator and influencer marketing activities. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Socialatic without appropriate authorization, please contact us.

Socialatic may use technology providers, brands, or service providers located outside India. As a result, creator information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where the creator lives.

Where required by applicable law, Socialatic will take appropriate measures concerning such processing or transfer.

If Socialatic becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will assess the incident and take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances, including notification where required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically because of new Socialatic features, changes to services, technology, data-processing practices, applicable law, or security improvements.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through our website, email, or other appropriate communication methods. The updated Privacy Policy will include a revised Last Updated date.
