Socialatic Creator Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 19, 2026
These Creator Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration with and participation in the Socialatic creator network and any creator opportunities, campaigns, collaborations, or services offered through Socialatic. By registering as a creator through Socialatic, submitting your information, or participating in a Socialatic campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register for or participate in the Socialatic creator network.
1. About Socialatic
Socialatic operates an influencer and creator marketing network that connects content creators with brands seeking influencer marketing, user-generated content, product promotion, social media marketing, and related creative services. Socialatic may introduce creators to brands based on content category, social platform, audience location, demographics, follower count, engagement, content quality, creator location, campaign requirements, previous campaign performance, and brand requirements. Registration does not guarantee campaign invitations, products, compensation, or other opportunities.
2. Creator Registration
To join the Socialatic creator network, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, social media usernames and URLs, content categories, location, audience information, follower counts, engagement information, content examples, contact information, and other information reasonably required for creator matching. You agree that information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading, and you will update Socialatic when material profile information changes.
3. No Guarantee of Campaign Opportunities
Joining the Socialatic creator network is free unless expressly stated otherwise. Registration does not obligate Socialatic to provide campaigns. Socialatic does not guarantee a minimum number of campaigns, income, brand opportunities, followers or views, acceptance into any campaign, a specific campaign rate, or long-term employment or partnership.
4. No Obligation to Accept a Campaign
You are not required to accept any campaign invitation. You may accept, decline, ask questions, request clarification, negotiate compensation or deliverables where applicable, or choose not to respond. Once you accept a campaign and agree to its campaign-specific terms, you are expected to fulfill the agreed obligations.
5. Campaign-Specific Agreements
Individual campaigns may contain requirements relating to compensation, products, deliverables, deadlines, content, approvals, usage rights, licensing, exclusivity, whitelisting, paid advertising, revisions, shipping, payment timing, and disclosures. Campaign-specific terms may be provided by email, Socialatic, written agreement, campaign brief, or another agreed communication method. If a campaign-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, the campaign-specific agreement controls for that campaign to the extent of the conflict.
6. Creator Content
Creators are responsible for producing content that is original or properly licensed, does not knowingly infringe intellectual property, follows the campaign brief, applicable laws and regulations, and social platform rules, contains no knowingly false or misleading claims, and meets agreed deadlines and technical requirements. Creators must not submit stolen, copied, AI-generated, or third-party content as original creator work when original content is required. AI-assisted content is permitted only where the applicable campaign permits it.
7. Advertising and Sponsorship Disclosures
For paid, gifted, affiliate, sponsored, or otherwise compensated campaigns, creators are responsible for appropriate disclosures where required. For campaigns targeting U.S. consumers, Socialatic expects creators to follow applicable FTC advertising and endorsement requirements. Material connections can include payment, free products, discounts, or other benefits. Examples of clear disclosures include #ad, #sponsored, Paid partnership with [Brand], or This post is sponsored by [Brand]. Disclosures should be clear, conspicuous, and reasonably noticeable. Creators must also follow applicable disclosure laws in their own country and campaign target markets.
8. Honest Opinions and Product Claims
Creators must provide honest opinions and experiences. You must not make false product claims, claim to have used a product when you have not, make unsupported medical, health, financial, or performance claims, misrepresent your experience, create fake testimonials, manipulate reviews or ratings, or mislead your audience about a brand relationship.
9. Content Review and Approval
Where a campaign requires approval before publication, the creator agrees to submit content according to campaign instructions. Socialatic or the relevant brand may request reasonable revisions where content does not comply with the agreed brief. Approval does not transfer responsibility for the creator's independent legal obligations, including advertising disclosures.
10. Content Rights and Intellectual Property
Registration with Socialatic does not transfer ownership of your existing content to Socialatic. You retain ownership of original creator content unless a separate campaign agreement expressly provides otherwise. Any license, usage, advertising, whitelisting, paid media, or other content permission must be specified in the applicable campaign agreement or brief. Socialatic does not automatically receive unlimited or perpetual rights to all creator content.
11. Creator Portfolio and Profile
You authorize Socialatic to use information you voluntarily provide for purposes reasonably connected with operating its creator network, including creator matching, campaign selection, brand recommendations, creator discovery, campaign administration, communication, internal creator management, and performance evaluation. Socialatic may display limited creator information to prospective brands when reasonably necessary to evaluate campaign suitability. Socialatic should not publicly publish sensitive personal information such as passwords, payment credentials, or private contact information.
12. Social Media Accounts
Creators remain responsible for their social media accounts. Registering with Socialatic does not transfer ownership of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or other accounts. Do not provide Socialatic with social media passwords unless a separate legitimate technical integration expressly requires a different authentication method. Where Socialatic provides an official integration, you authorize only the permissions necessary for that integration.
13. Communication
By registering, you agree that Socialatic may contact you regarding campaign opportunities, creator opportunities, campaign updates, product shipments, content deadlines, payment-related communications, account matters, and important changes to these Terms or Socialatic services. Communication may occur through email, social-media direct messages, WhatsApp, Socialatic, or other communication methods you provide.
14. Payments
Where a campaign provides compensation, the applicable campaign agreement will specify compensation, currency, deliverables, payment conditions, timing, method, and applicable taxes or fees. Creators must complete agreed deliverables before payment becomes due unless otherwise stated. Socialatic may delay payment where deliverables, publication, revisions, or payment information are incomplete, the creator materially breaches the campaign agreement, or fraud or misconduct is reasonably suspected.
15. Taxes
Creators are generally responsible for determining and complying with their own tax obligations arising from payments or benefits received through Socialatic or brand campaigns. Socialatic may request information necessary to comply with applicable tax or payment requirements.
16. Products and Gifted Collaborations
When a creator receives a product for a campaign, the product may be provided for the specific campaign purpose described in the campaign agreement. Creators must follow campaign instructions concerning receipt, use, content creation, publication, deadlines, and return where applicable.
17. Confidentiality
Creators may receive confidential information relating to Socialatic, brands, campaigns, products, launch dates, compensation, campaign strategies, or other business information. You agree not to disclose confidential campaign information unless Socialatic or the relevant brand authorizes disclosure or disclosure is required by law. Confidential information may include unannounced products, campaign launch dates, brand strategies, campaign budgets, creator rates, private communications, non-public campaign materials, brand contact information, and campaign performance information.
18. Prohibited Conduct
Creators must not use Socialatic for fraud, impersonation, fake engagement, buying or selling fake followers for campaign purposes, manipulating campaign metrics, submitting fraudulent analytics, misrepresenting audience demographics, submitting another person's work as their own, providing false information, harassing brands or Socialatic staff, attempting unauthorized account access, bypassing security, uploading malicious code, or attempting to obtain confidential information without authorization. Socialatic may suspend or remove creators who engage in prohibited conduct.
19. Creator Performance
For accepted campaigns, Socialatic may track campaign-related performance information such as content submission status, publication status, deadlines, communication history, deliverable completion, brand feedback, campaign reliability, and public engagement metrics. This information may be used internally to improve campaign matching and determine suitability for future campaigns.
20. No Employment Relationship
Registration or participation in Socialatic campaigns does not create an employment relationship between you and Socialatic. Unless separately agreed in writing, creators are independent contractors responsible for their own equipment, working arrangements, taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
21. No Exclusivity
Joining Socialatic does not automatically prevent you from working with other influencer agencies, creator platforms, brands directly, or marketing companies. No general exclusivity obligation applies solely because you join Socialatic. A particular campaign may contain an exclusivity requirement if clearly disclosed and agreed as part of that campaign.
22. Creator Account and Network Status
Socialatic may suspend, restrict, or remove a creator if it reasonably believes the creator violated these Terms or a campaign agreement, provided fraudulent information, engaged in fraudulent activity, repeatedly failed to complete accepted campaigns, misrepresented audience or engagement, engaged in abusive conduct, or created legal, security, or reputational risks. Where appropriate, Socialatic may provide an opportunity to address the issue.
23. Voluntary Withdrawal
Creators may request removal from the Socialatic creator network at any time. Withdrawal does not automatically cancel obligations relating to a campaign already accepted. Outstanding campaign obligations should be resolved before or in connection with withdrawal.
24. Privacy
Socialatic collects and processes creator information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, why it is collected, how it is used and shared, how it is protected, creator privacy rights, retention, and privacy contact information. The Socialatic Privacy Policy forms part of the framework governing creator registration.
25. Security
Creators are responsible for keeping their credentials and devices secure and must notify Socialatic if they believe their account, registration information, or communications have been accessed without authorization. Socialatic will take reasonable measures appropriate to the service to protect creator information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
26. Third-Party Platforms
Socialatic may work with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, payment providers, email providers, analytics providers, and other third-party services. Socialatic does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions, algorithm changes, API limitations, security incidents, or service changes. Creators remain responsible for complying with applicable third-party platform terms and policies.
27. Changes to These Terms
Socialatic may update these Terms to reflect changes to its services, business operations, technology, or legal requirements. For material changes, Socialatic may provide reasonable notice through the website, email, or other appropriate communication. Continued participation after the effective date may constitute acceptance of updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
28. Disclaimer
Socialatic provides a creator network and campaign-matching service. Socialatic does not guarantee that a creator will receive a campaign, a brand will accept a creator, a campaign will generate income, a brand will provide future work, or a specific campaign will achieve particular results. Opportunities depend on brand requirements and availability.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Socialatic will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Socialatic platform or participation in a campaign, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
30. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka, India.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be handled through a court, arbitration, or dispute-resolution process to be confirmed by qualified legal counsel before final publication of that mechanism.
